Healthy food
 How many meals do you have per day?

You have to eat 5 times per day

1;Breakfast:Milk,cereals
2:Midday:Sandwich and actimel
3:Lunch:Soup/stew or chicken and stwed potatoes
4:Have a tee:Sandwich and juice
5:Dinner:Salad,nuggets and rice

You musn´t eat!!!

Fast food for example hot dog, hamburger and fries potatoes.

Healthy bodyyyy!!!!!!!!!

EXERCISE:
You can get a healthy body doing this exercises
You just need have bed sheet to put it on the floor to not get dirty, comfortambles clothes and a lot of intensity. You have to do it all the days of the  week, and to the  children you can put they at extraescolar exercise and the adults go to the gym.

IS GOOD TO TO EXECRSICE
